Located just East of the LA River from the Arts District and adjacent to the new 6th Street Viaduct.. Built in 1979 and long-used as a garment factory, the site features 52K sq ft of continuous open space with ceilings ranging from 14’ to a souring 29’, plus large loading bays, restrooms and more.

There is no HVAC.

Work will be completed on the space by Summer 2023 and ready by October.
